Who I Am
I’m not here to sell homes.
I’m here to be involved in the decisions that shape the outcome.
With over 19 years in the New York real estate market,
I’ve seen how costly results often come from decisions
that weren’t wrong — just made too early,
or without full context.
The biggest risks usually appear
long before a home is listed.
My role is to identify those risks early
and protect sellers
before decisions become irreversible.
Not every home should be sold the same way.
